Please include the relevant RESDS page link, document title and publisher, along with a short description of your request.
- Technical issues: include your browser and device, what happened, and a screenshot if helpful.
- Document corrections: identify the information concerned and provide the original publisher’s reference or corrected document.
- Permissions or removal requests: identify the document, explain your relationship to the rights holder, and provide relevant authorization or supporting information.
Please do not email passwords, payment card details or unrelated personal information. Send one message to the most relevant address; you do not need to contact all three.
Product safety questions
For product-specific hazards, safe handling or emergency advice, contact the manufacturer or the emergency number listed in the original SDS. RESDS contact mailboxes are not emergency response channels.
We review enquiries by email. Response times depend on the nature of the request; no immediate response is guaranteed.
